Homework for Monday/ Tareas para el Lunes

On Monday, the students will need to turn in their signed disclosure documents for a homework grade. They will also need to have the following supplies with them for a materials check:
Pencil or Pen
Composition Book (on sale this week at most places that sell school supplies)
Library Book (or a chapter book from home).
Thank you for helping your son/daughter come to class prepared!

El Lunes, los estudiantes necesitan entregar el documento de "Disclosure" firmado. Tambien necesitan tener:

Book Reports

The students' first book report will be completed in class on September 17th. In order to prepare for this book report the students need to read a chapter book with more than 150 pages cover to cover. They do not need to type a paper or prepare any sort of visual aids. The book will be their primary homework until the 17th (they will also need to memorize their literature vocabulary). They will write their book reports in class on the 17th.

El primer reporte de libro está debido el 17 de Septiembre. Los niños necesitan leer un libro entero de 150 páginas o más antes del 17. No necesitan escribir un ensayo o preparar lámina. Solo necesitan completir el libro antes del 17. La lectura es su tarea más importante. Tambien necesitan aprender unas 15 palabras del vocabulario.
El 10 de Septiembre los niños van a tener un registro de lectura que necesitan completir en la casa para marcar su progreso en la lectura. Éste "log" de lectura está debido el 13 de Sept.
